摘要
对器质性、非器质性及可疑器质性三组慢性疼痛患者的一般社会情况、痛觉阈值、个性特征、精神压力及社会功能进行对照研究,发现各组的某些特征,有助于器质性与非器质性慢性疼痛的鉴别。
The general social background,pain threshold,personality charateristic,str-ess and social function were investigated in 165 cases with organic or non-organic chronic pain.Certain characteristics in each group that we have found,are helpful for the differential diagnosis of organic and non-organic chro-nic pain.The results imply that a patient with chronic pain,if had neither experienced strong stressful events nor is a person of deviated personality,is likely to be suffered from some latent organic diseases.
