摘要
下腰痛是骨科及康复门诊遇到的常见疾病之一。本文从下腰痛的发生机制及下腰痛患者的个性特征等方面对社会心理因素与下腰痛的关系进行阐述。指出一些下腰痛患者表现出“抑郁———疑病———癔病”的三联征个性特征,并建议对患者的心理和躯体因素予以同样重视。
Lower back pain is a common sickness in orthopedics and rehabilitation clinic, This article reviews the relationship of lower back pain with psychological factors from its pathogenesis and personal features of patients with this disease, indicates that patients with lower back pain have the triad of ＂depression-- hypochondriasis-- hysterism＂, and suggests that we should put the same attention on their psychological and body factors.
