摘要
将聚丙烯腈(PAN)基石墨毡分别浸入浓甲基磺酸、H_2O_2(30%)、H_2O_2/H_2SO_4和H_2O_2/CH_3SO_3H介质中化学氧化。用循环伏安法、充放电法,测试PbO_2/Pb^(2+)在不同石墨毡电极上的氧化还原活性、可逆性及充放电性能;用FT-IR、SEM和XRD测试,分析石墨毡表面的特征官能团、形貌和物相组成。浓甲基磺酸处理前后的石墨毡电极,氧化峰电流从34.3 m A增加到41.2 m A;充放电能量效率从68.5%增加到72.5%。归因于化学氧化后的石墨毡电极表面粗糙,引入了羟基官能团,增加了α-Pb O2沉积/溶解活性。
Chemical oxidation on the surface of polyacrylonitrile-based( PAN) graphite felt by immerging them into hot concentrated methanesulfonic acid,hydrogen peroxide solution,hydrogen peroxide with sulfuric acid and methanesulfonic,respectively was done.Its redox activity,reversibility and charge-discharge performance of different graphite electrode with cyclic voltammetry,chargedischarge test was characterized. The surface's functional groups,morphology and phase were analyzed with FT-IR,SEM and XRD tests. PbO_2/ Pb^2 +exhibited the highest electrochemical activity on the graphite felt electrode treated in concentrated methanesulfonic acid solution. Its oxidation peak current reached from 34. 3 m A to 41. 2 m A. Its charge-discharge energy efficiency reached from68. 5% to 72. 5%,which resulted from introducing OH content,increased roughness and redox activity of α-PbO_2 on its surface.
