过度充电对全钒液流电池性能的影响

摘要 目的研究过度充电对全钒液流电池性能和使用寿命的影响.方法通过试验获得全钒液流电池的充放电特性和交流阻抗特性;采用扫描电镜获得过度充电后电池电极和质子交换膜表面特征;运用等效电路法获得过度充电后全钒液流电池内部阻抗等效元件和等效电路,分析过度充电对电池等效元件阻抗的影响;运用SEM图解释等效阻抗变化规律.结果过度充电后,钒液流电池交流阻抗图谱出现Warburg阻抗区,电池流场、电极石墨毡和质子交换膜均出现不同程度的腐蚀现象.结论过度充电后,电池内部电荷传递阻力和石墨毡内反应物、生成物的扩散阻力增大,等效欧姆阻抗增大,而对法拉第阻抗影响较小. As a large-scale energy storage battery,all-vanadium redox flowbattery is widely used in solar,wind and smart grid system.As we know,overcharge has a serious negative influence on the properties and life time of all-vanadium redox flowbattery.The characteristics of charge and discharge and impedance on the all-vanadium redox flowbattery were tested.The feature of battery electrode and proton exchange membrane surface with overcharge was studied by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The internal impedance equivalent element and equivalent circuit of all vanadium redox flowbattery were obtained through equivalent circuit method.The influence of overcharge on the equivalent impedance of the battery was analyzed.The variation regularity of the equivalent impedance was carried out by SEM.The results are showed as follows: Warburg impedance can be seen from impedance spectroscopy after the overcharge; the different degrees of corrosion are found from battery field,electrode graphite felt and proton exchange membrane; the equivalent impedance increases significantly.
