摘要
以间甲基苯甲酸、二乙胺为原料,采用高温常压条件一步反应合成了N,N-二乙基间甲基苯甲酰胺(DEET)。用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱对产物进行了表征。分析和讨论了原料间甲基苯甲酸与乙二胺配比、催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度对产物收率的影响,得出了最优条件。在该条件下,DEET的产品纯度可以达到99%以上,收率71.5%。
Using m-toluic acid and diethylamine as raw materials,DEET was synthesized under the condition of high temperature and normal pressure.Then,the product was characterized by IR and 1 HNMR.At last,the influences of reaction condition,including mole ratio of reactants,catalyst,catalyst dosage and reaction temperature on the yield of product was analyzed and the optimal conditions were obtained.In the condition,product purity of DEET can reach more than 99%,the yield 71.5%.
