摘要
随着我国教育信息化的深入发展,教育信息化智库初步形成。智库如何开展相关研究成为需要关注的问题,在议题上,教育信息化智库研究需要探讨的是如何面向政府部门提供教育信息化政策咨询;面向学校制定教育信息化规划与评估方案;针对关键问题开展教育信息化的学术研究;面向社会公众传播教育信息化知识;面向未来教育培养教育信息化人才以及面向产业发展提供数字化资源的设计开发建议。教育信息化智库的研究方式应该以教育现实问题为导向,构建跨学科团队,形成交叉综合的研究,应用多元研究方法,借鉴国际经验形成本土特色的创新研究。教育信息化智库研究的运行方向是将分析教育信息化研究机构如何向智库转型,探讨不同类型智库如何开展协作研究,不断提高研究成果的应用效果,更好服务教育综合改革。
With the continuous development of information technology education in China, education informatization think tank has been formed initially. And it becomes an issue of concern to carry out the research related to education informatization think tank. As for the research issues, what education informatization think tank research needs to explore is how to provide educational informatization policy counseling for the government;provide educational informatization planning and assessment programs for schools; carry out academic research on key issues of educational informatization technology; disseminate educational informatization knowledge to the public; train the professionals of education informatization technology for the future education, and provide recommendations for the design and development of digital resources for the industry development. For the research method, the research on education informatization think tank should be oriented by the education problems, form comprehensive and cross studies by building cross-disciplinary team, use multiple methods and form innovative research with local features according to international experience. The development trend of research on the education informatization think-tank including analyzing how the research institutions of educational informatization turn into think tanks, exploring how to collaborate between different types of think tank, and improving the application effect of research results constantly, to serve the comprehensive education reform.
