摘要
本文通过重庆交通大学马蒂亚斯国际设计学院"巴渝海外引智"项目为例,通过背景分析法,系统论方法,论述了设计教育教学研究中海外专家的重要作用,通过引入外籍专家后,教学模式、平台建设、产业发展、学科发展、科研成果以及校级交流与合作等方面的变化,从而分析得出海外专家在设计人才培养中的重要价值。
Taking the Chongqing Jiaotong University Matthias International Design Institute ＂Bayu overseas high-level talents＂ project as an example, through the background analysis and system theory, the article discusses the importance of design education, through the introduction of foreign experts, analyze the changes of teaching mode, platform construction, industrial development, discipline development, scientific research and university exchanges and cooperation etc, and then analyzed an important value of the overseas experts in the design personnel training.
