摘要
目的探讨米非司酮结合甲氨蝶呤（MTX）治疗异位妊娠的效果。方法随机选取2013年7月至2015年1月早期异位妊娠患者100例，按照治疗药物分为两组。实验组给予米非司酮联合MTX，常规组给予MTX，比较两组疗效。结果实验组总有效率为96％，高于常规组（82％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。实验组血β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素恢复时间、住院时间均短于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论米非司酮结合MTX可有效治疗异位妊娠，安全可靠，恢复及预后较好，对患者日后再妊娠无影响，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with methotrexate（MTX） on early ectopic pregnancy. Methods From July 2013 to January 2015, 100 patients with early ectopic pregnancy were randomly selected, and divided into two group according to therapeutic drugs. The experiment group was given mifepristone combined with MTX, while the general group was given MTX, the efficacy of the two group was compared. Results The total effective rate in experiment group was 96%, it was higher than 82% of general group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05）. Blood --hCG recovery time, hospital stay in experiment group was shorter than that in general group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Mifepristone combined with MTX in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy is effectively and safety, with good reliable recovery and prognosis, and has no effect on the patient at a later pregnancy, so it is worthy of clinical application.
