米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤联合治疗异位妊娠36例分析

摘要 目的探讨米非司酮和甲氨蝶呤(MTX)联合用药对异位妊娠的治疗效果。方法对2002年2月至2004年10月我院收治的70例异位妊娠患者随机分为两组:观察组36例,米非司酮150mg顿服,1次/d,连续3d,同时甲氨蝶呤25mg肌注,1次/d,连续5d。对照组单用甲氨蝶呤,用法同观察组。结果观察组治愈率88.89%,对照组治愈率61.76%,观察组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论米非司酮联合MTX优于单用MTX治疗异位妊娠,联合用药效果显著。
