摘要
公安现役院校作为公安现役部队人才培养的主阵地,旨在培育出政治坚定、技能过硬、心态积极的学员。积极心态培育是人才培养过程中的重要一环。全面细致分析影响公安现役院校学员积极心态形成的因素,采取有针对性的方法,使公安现役院校学员形成积极心态。
As the main position of personnel training of the public security personnel, the purpose of public security colleges in active service is to nurture the students who has political firmness, skills, and positive psychology. Nurturing thepositive psychology is an important part in the cultivation of talents. To form students’ positive attitude in public security colleges in active service, we should analyze the factors and take a targeted approach comprehensivly.
