摘要
目的探讨在牙移植术中应用锥形束CT的临床效果。方法选取2013年6月至2014年9月术前锥形束CT检查确定行牙移植术的患者30例为研究对象,术前对受植区的影像资料进行分析,在锥形束CT影像的指导下设计手术方案,对比术前测量数据与术中实际测量数据,观察预后情况。结果术前锥形束CT测量的受植区长度、颈宽、牙槽骨厚度同术中实际测量结果比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。本组34颗移植牙,成功24颗(70.59%),有效7颗(20.59%),失败3颗(8.82%),成功率为91.18%。随访结果显示移植牙均未出现松动,美学效果良好。结论锥形束CT在牙移植术中应用,能提供精确、直观的影像资料,提高移植牙定位的准确性,为牙拔出、置入及受植区制备进行有效指导。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of cone beam CT in dental transplantation. Methods 30 patients with teeth plantation after preoperative cone beam CT examination in our hospital from June 2013 to September 2014 were selected as research objects. Preoperative imaging data of the affected area were analyzed and the operation scheme was designed under the guidance of cone beam CT image. Preoperative measurement data and actual measurement data were compared and the prognosis was observed. Results The length, width and thickness of the bone graft between the anterior and the alveolar bone thickness measured by the cone beam CT before operation showed no statistical difference compared with intraoperative actual measurement results （P〉0.05）. Among 34 transplanted teeth, 24 teeth were successfully transplanted （70.59%）, 7 teeth were transplanted effectively （20.59%）, and 3 teeth failed to be transplanted （8.82%）, with the success rate of 91.18%. The follow-up results showed that transplanted teeth were not loose and the aesthetic effect was good. Conclusions The application of cone beam CT in dental implantation can provide accurate and visual image data, improve the accuracy of the positioning of transplanted teeth and provide effective guidance for the preparation of dental implant and implant area.
