64层三维CT骨量预测在牙槽突裂植骨术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究64层三维CT在牙槽突裂植骨修复术前预测植骨量的准确性。方法:对12例行牙槽突裂植骨修复术的患者术前利用64层三维CT测量牙槽突裂缺损体积,术中用印模排水法测量实际牙槽突缺损体积,对所得数据进行相关分析。结果:术中排水法测量实际牙槽突缺损体积与术前CT预测体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2种体积测量结果之间呈线性相关,相关系数(r=0.998,P<0.01)。术前CT预测牙槽突缺损体积准确性为(96.78±1.96)%。结论:术前64层三维CT扫描可较精确地计算牙槽突裂缺损的体积,可用于预测植骨量。 Objective:To study the accuracy of64-slice3D-CT in calculation of the bone defect volume in alveolar cleft.Methods:The volume of the bone defect in alveolar cleft was calculated by 64-slice 3D-CT in 12 patients with alveolar cleft before bone opera-tion.The volume of the bone grafts was measured by the water displacement using silastic die of the defect during operation.Date were compared statisticaly.Results:There was no significant difference between the 3D-CT data and the data obtained by water displace-ment in operation(P0.05).Two sets of the data were positively correlated(r=0.998,P0.01).The accuracy of 3D-CT data was(96.78 ±1.96) %.Conclusion:64-slice CT imaging system can precisely calculate the volume of the bone defect.
