摘要
浙江某萤石矿Ca F_2品位38.46%,矿石成分复杂,有用矿物嵌布不均匀,且碳酸盐类脉石矿物含量高。对其进行选矿试验研究,确定了合理的药剂制度和工艺流程,使用一种改性脂肪酸类捕收剂L24,通过"1粗5精1扫"的闭路试验流程,获得Ca F_2品位96.88%,Ca F_2回收率84.22%的酸级萤石精矿。
There is a 38.46% Ca F2 in a fluorite ore in Zhejiang, with the complex mineral composition, high carbonate gangue mineral content and useful minerals disseminated unevenly. Beneficiation experiments were conducted on the ore to develop and utilize the ore, the suitable reagent system and technological conditions are determined, and the specially combined collector(L24) is used to collect fluorite. By the closed-circuit of one roughing and five cleanings and one sweeping, it obtained the acid-grade concentrate of the Ca F2 grade 96.88% and the recovery 84.22%,
