江西横峰特大型钽铌矿工艺矿物学研究 被引量:10

Process Mineralogy in Super Large Hengfeng Tantalum-Niobium Deposit in Jiangxi Province

摘要 对江西横峰特大型钽铌矿,通过光学显微镜、人工重砂、X射线衍射分析以及电子探针分析,确定了该矿主要矿物的组成及含量,详细研究了钽铌铁矿类矿物的化学成分、粒度和嵌布特征,以及钽、铌等元素的赋存状态。该矿含钽、铌的矿物种类复杂多样,钽铌铁矿的粒度为一般在0.044~0.300mm之间。钽铌铁矿类矿物有两种嵌布形式,粒间分布占73.92%,呈包裹体分布的占26.08%。钽铌铁矿类矿物主要为为铌铁矿、钽铁矿、铌锰矿3个矿物种,以富铁和富铌类占多数,有一定量的钛、锡等元素混入。富含锡、钛的钽铁矿变种SnO2的平均含量在9.88%,含TiO2的平均含量为7.22%。根据金属量平衡结果确定,该矿钽、铌主要集中在钽铌铁矿类矿物和细晶石中,主要分散分布在铁锂云母、锡石、闪锌矿和长石等矿物中,Nb205的集中系数为82.83%,Ta205的集中系数为55.10%。在该研究的基础上,选矿工艺制定了合理的流程,取得了良好的选矿指标。 There was a super large tantalum-niobium deposit in Hengfeng country, Jiangxi Province. Using a optical microscopy, manual artificial heavy concentrate, X-ray diffraction ( XRD), electron probe micro-analyzer ( EPMA), tantalum-niobium minerals and accompany minerals category and content of samples were studied, including chemical compositions, species, grain size, embedded characteristics, modes of occurrence of tantalum-niobium minerals. The results showed that tantalum-niobium minerals particles were mainly ranged from 0.044 mm to 0. 300 mm in size. About 73.92% tantalum-niobium minerals was more liberated, but about 26.08% of tantalum-niobium minerals was locked and might be lost in tails. Valuable minerals were mainly columbite, tantalite and mangan- columbite. Some tantalum-niobium minerals contained certain amount tin and titanium. Electron microprobe analyses showed that the av- erage SnO2 and TiO2 content in tantalum-niobium minerals were 9.88% and 7.22%, respectively. Metal distribution showed that tantalum and niobium concentrate tantalum-niobium minerals and microlite mainly, in the tailings the lost antalum and niobium were mainly scattered in zinnwaldite, cassiterite, sphalerite and feldspar. The results also showed that the recovery of Nb205 was 82.83%, and Ta205 was 55. 10%. On the basic of this research, a reasonable design processing flowsheet was made and good ore dressing indicia was achieved.
