摘要
目的:加强对布鲁氏菌病的发病趋势、临床表现及实验室检查的认识,了解和掌握现阶段布鲁氏菌病流行病学特点。方法:回顾性分析我院2007年-2014年的40例布氏菌病患者的发病趋势、临床特征及实验室检查。结果:布鲁氏菌病患者呈逐年递增之势,发病年龄25-77岁,平均年龄45.3岁;以成年男性为主;临床表现主要以发热为主;城区患者占患病总数的35%;3月份、5月份和8月份为发病高峰期。结论:布鲁氏菌病有增加趋势,且向城区蔓延,须加强对其监测及临床特征的认识。
Objective： To enhance the understanding of the epidemic trend,clinical characteristics and laboratory diagnosis of brucellosis in order to realize and command the characteristic of brucellosis at present stage.Methods：Conducted a retrospective analysis of the incidence tendency,clinical characteristics and laboratory tests of40 cases of patients with brucellosis in our hospital from 2007 to 2014.Results：The disease was very largely occupational and the majority of cases are males between the ages of 25 and 77 years by average 45.3 years in an increasing trend year by year.The clinical manifestations were mainly fever.35% brucellosis patients were urban populations.March、May and August are the peak incidence of brucellosis.Conclusions：The incidence of brucellosis is increasing in our hospital,so the surveillance and the understanding of its clinical characteristics should be enhanced.
