摘要
本文报告了203例慢性布鲁氏菌病患者的心电图,从临床分型、布鲁氏菌素皮试、病程、年龄等几个方面进行了分析,同时与健康组进行了对照。结果表明(1)布鲁氏菌病慢性期可影响心脏而产生心电变化。(2)心电改变共出现17种,其中最多见的为窦缓,右不全、房早及ST-T改变。(3)病情活动可使心电改变增多,其中主要表现为房早,T波低平或倒置以及窦缓。(4)随着病程延长心电改变增多。(5)慢性布鲁氏菌病患者心电改变与皮试强弱无关,与年龄无关。
The ECGs of 203 patients with chronic brucellosis were analysed combined with clinical typing, brucellin test etc. with healthy people as controls. Results showed that: (1) In the chronic period the disease could affect the heart and cause ECG changes; (2) There were 17 classes of ECG changes, the most commonly seen being sinus bradycardia, incomplete right bundle branch block, alrial premature beat and ST-T wave changes; (3) In the active period, ECG changes increased, principally in atrial premature beat, T wave flat or inversion and sinus bradycardia; (4) ECG changes increased with the course of the disease; and (5) The ECG changes of the patients with chronic brucellosis were not related to age and the reactive intensity of brucellin test.
