摘要
利用KDF2滤棒成型机,结合不同产地醋酸纤维丝束的特性,建立了调整设备的辊速、辊压、风力等技术参数的参考方法。把方法应用到滤棒成型生产中,以缩短不同产地丝束转换时的使用适应期,并降低适应期内滤棒质量的不稳定性。
Based on the characteristics of tow from different origins, we established a reference method of adjusting the parameters of KDF2, such as roll speed, roll pressure and wind power. By the method, we can shorten the adapting period of using tow from different origins and reduce instability in tow production.
