W/BaCrO_4秒级延期药在电雷管中的应用 被引量:4

Application of Second Delay Composition W/BaCrO_4 in Electric Detonator

摘要 为了提高秒级电雷管质量,从火雷管管壳、延期药剂中的BaCrO_4粒度、延期体中加过渡药、延期体芯数等方面进行了研究,对延期电雷管进行了测时。试验结果表明:采用开孔的火雷管、粉碎细化的BaCrO_4、加过渡药、单芯延期体等形式,电雷管秒量达到了设计要求,其燃速稳定、延期精度高,解决了因延期体断燃而造成的产品瞎火问题;并且在一定范围内,延期时间与延期元件的长度基本为线性关系。 Aimed at improvement of second electric detonator's quality, the detonator shell, granularity of BaCrO4, intermediate charge, and the core of delay element have been studied, and the second electric detonators have been measured. The result of the tests showed that by use of detonator shell with hole, free BaCrO4, intermediate charge and single core of delay element, the electric detonator has stable burning rate ,long delay time and high delay precision ,so the problem of duddius was solved. The delay time and length of delay element has the linear relationship in a certain range.
