单胎与双胎新生儿脐带血25-羟基维生素D水平研究 被引量:5

Study on the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in umbilical cord blood of singletons and twins

摘要 目的调查柳州市新生儿脐带血25-羟基维生素D[25(OH)D]水平及单胎与双胎新生儿25-(OH)D水平的差异。方法收集847例新生儿(单胎新生儿495例和双胎新生儿352例)脐带血,采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测25-(OH)D的水平。分析不同性别、胎龄、出生体重新生儿25-(OH)D的水平,比较单胎与双胎新生儿25-(OH)D水平的差异。结果847例新生儿脐带血25-(OH)D平均水平为(43.56±17.18)nmol/L,有71.07%(602/847)的新生儿25-(OH)D缺乏或不足,其中严重缺乏占0.59%(5/847)、缺乏占37.42%(317/847)、不足占32.47%(275/847)、充足者仅占29.52%(250/847)。双胎新生儿25-(OH)D水平明显低于单胎新生儿(P<0.01),双胎新生儿25-(OH)D水平在不同出生体重、性别、胎龄间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);单胎新生儿25-(OH)D水平在不同性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在不同出生体重、胎龄间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论新生儿普遍存在维生素D缺乏或不足,应加强新生儿特别是双胎维生素D的补充。 Objective To survey the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in umbilical cord blood of neonates in Liuzhou city and the differences of 25-hydroxy vitamin D between singletons and twins. Methods The umbilical cord blood specimens of 847 neonates( 495 singletons and 352 twins) were collected,ELISA was used to detect the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D. The levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D among the neonates of different genders,fetal age,birth weights were analyzed,the levels of 25-hydroxy vitamin D were compared between singletons and twins. Results The average level of 25-hydroxy vitamin D in umbilical cord blood of 847 neonates was( 43. 56 ±17. 18) nmol / L,25-hydroxy vitamin D deficiency or lack was found in 602 neonates( 71. 07%),the proportions of severe lack,lack,deficiency,and sufficiency of 25-hydroxy vitamin were 0. 59%( 5 /847),37. 42%( 317 /847),32. 47%( 275 /847),and 29. 52%( 250 /847). The level of 25-hydroxy vitamin in twins was statistically significantly lower than that in singletons( P〈0. 01); there was no statistically significant difference in 25-hydroxy vitamin level among twins of different birth weights,genders,and fetal age( P〈0. 05); there was no statistically significant difference in 25-hydroxy vitamin level among singletons of different genders( P〉0. 05),but there was statistically significant difference in 25-hydroxy vitamin level among singletons of different birth weights and fetal age( P〈0. 01). Conclusion Vitamin D deficieny is common in neonates,suitable vitamin D supplementation should be enhanced,especially for twins.
