摘要
川酒在我国白酒中占据着十分重要的地位。白酒企业之间的竞争体现为人才的竞争,因此对川酒知识型员工工作积极性的调动和激励就显得尤为重要。借助模糊综合评价法,通过对某川酒企业知识型员工满意度的实证调研分析可知:企业应当从给予知识型员工更多自我管理权限、丰富的薪酬、福利体系和重视员工职业生涯规划指导等方面入手,从而激励知识型员工发挥更大的作用。
Sichuan Baijiu plays an important role in Chinese Baijiu kingdom. The competition among Baijiu-making enterprises displays in talent competition. Accordingly, to motivate the enthusiasm of knowledge workers in distilleries is of vital importance. The empirical research,through the analysis of knowledge workers' satisfaction in a distillery in Sichuan by fuzzy method, demonstrated that the enterprises should give more self- management authority, develop incentive salary system and pay more attention to career planning guidance to knowledge workers to make full play of their potentials.
