比赛前、后吸氧对400m运动员BLA、SOD、CK和LDH的影响 被引量:1

Effects of oxygen inhalation on BLA,SOD,CK and LDH of 400m athletes before and after competition

摘要 目的:探讨比赛前、后吸氧对400 m跑运动员血乳酸(BLA)和血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)的影响。方法:以广西师大、越南岘港等16名男子400 m运动员为对象,采用单盲法按水平对等原则将运动员随机分为吸氧组和对照组进行实验研究。吸氧组在赛前检录期常压吸氧5 min/人,赛后10 min后吸氧20 min/人;对照组以压缩空气为安慰剂,控制方法同吸氧组。于晨空腹、赛前即刻、赛后即刻、赛后0.5 h、1 h、6 h和次晨空腹7个时相分别取全体对象的肱静脉血3-5 mL用以测量BLA、SOD、CK和LDH。结果:1)吸氧组在赛前即刻、赛后0.5 h、赛后1 h的BLA浓度显著低于对照组(P〈0.05-0.01)。2)吸氧组SOD活性在赛前即刻、赛后0.5 h、1 h、6 h的测量显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。3)吸氧组CK活性在赛后1 h和6 h显著低于对照组(P〈0.05)。4)吸氧组的LDH活性在赛后0.5 h、1 h、6 h和次晨空腹均明显低于对照组(P〈0.05-0.01)。5)比赛结束后6h,运动员的BLA浓度基本恢复到赛前空腹水平,但至赛后次晨,两组运动员的血清SOD、CK、LDH活性仍显著高于赛前晨空腹。结论:比赛前、后吸氧可促进机体BLA消除,提高血清SOD活性和减少组织细胞中CK、LDH酶的大量溢出。对有效抑制自由基,减轻组织细胞损伤和加快运动性疲劳恢复有积极的作用。 Objective:To study the effects of oxygen inhalation on 400m runners before and after race Blood Lactate (BLA)and Superoxide Dismutase (SOD),Creatine Kinase (CK),Lactate Dehydro-genase (LDH).Methods:Guangxi Normal University,Viet Nam Danang 16 male athletes on 400m as an objects ,using the single blind method according to level of reciprocity the athletes were ran-domly divided into the oxygen group and a control group experiment.Oxygen uptake before the game check of group pressure oxygen 5min/people,and 20min/people after 10min of the game;the control group using compressed air as a placebo,control methods same as the oxygen group.Choosing the seven phases about the morning on an empty stomach,immediately before the game and immedi-ately after the game,0.5h,1h,6h,and after the game the next morning on an empty stomach to each take all the objects of the brachial vein 3-5 ml for measuring the BLA,and SOD,and CK and LDH.Result:1)Oxygen groups immediately before the game,after the game 0.5h,1h BLA con-centrations were significantly lower than those in the control group after the game (P 〈0.05 -0.01).2)Oxygen group SOD activity before the game,after the match 0.5h,1h,6h,measure-ments were significantly higher than the control group (P〈0.05).3)Oxygen group CK activity af-ter the game 1h and 6h was significantly lower than the control group (P〈0.05).4)LDH activity of oxygen group after the game,0.5h,1h,6h,and on an empty stomach in the morning are signifi-cantly lower than control group (P〈0.05 -0.01).5)6h after the end of the game,athletes’BLA concentrations returned to fasting levels before the match,but after the next morning,two groups of serum SOD,CK,LDH activity still significantly higher than those on an empty stomach in the morn-ing before the game.Conclusion:The game before and after oxygen uptake can promote BLA,and serum SOD activity and reduction of tissue cells in CK,LDH activity of a large number of spills.To inhibit free radicals,reduce the tissue damage and speed recovery of exercise-induced fatigue have a positive effect.
