摘要
随着城镇化的推进,违章建筑的出现是经济发展的必然现象,并且在相当长的一段时期内将会继续存在与延续。违章建筑及其带来的社会问题,已然成为影响社会稳定与和谐的重要因素。违章建筑不仅有碍市容市貌,与城市发展规划相违背,更为重要是的造成了大量的资源浪费,扰乱了正常的经济秩序和社会秩序,理当采取相应的治理措施。
with the advance of urbanization,the appearance of the illegal construction is an inevitable phenomenon during the process of economic development and in quite a long period of time will continue to the existence and continuation.Illegal construction and its social problems, has become an important factor affecting social stability and harmony.Illegal buildings is not only impede the appearance of the city, a violation of planning and urban development,more important is caused a lot of waste of resources, disrupting the normal economic order and social order, we ought to take corresponding measures.
