摘要
目的:探讨脉通方对2型糖尿病大鼠糖脂代谢及肾脏的影响。方法:采用高糖高脂饮食+腹腔注射STZ,建立大鼠2型糖尿病模型。按随机数字表法分为空白对照组、模型组、阳性组、脉通方低、中、高剂量组,灌胃8周,观察脉通方对大鼠体征、FBG、FINS、ISI、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C、24 h尿蛋白总量、肾脏指数K/W、CREA、BUN、肾脏组织病理形态学的影响。结果:与模型组比较,脉通方高剂量组可改善2型糖尿病大鼠的体质量,减少尿量;降低空腹FBG值;改善FINS水平和ISI值的降低;降低TG和LDL-C;降低K/W值;使CREA明显下降。治疗组肾小球病理改变有所减轻,系膜和基底膜增生明显改善。结论:脉通方对2型糖尿病大鼠具有调节糖脂代谢、减轻肾脏肥大、保护肾脏的作用。
Objective：To observe the renal protection effect on rats of the diabetic nephropathy treated by Mai Tong Fang guided by Bushen Xiezhuo Method. Methods： Setting up diabetic rats model by high-sugar and high-fat diet, and intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin. Intragastric administration for 8 weeks, Observe the following indicators： general situation ; FBG, FINS, ISI, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C ; urinary protein of 24 h ; kidney coefficient calculation （ K/W ） , CREA, BUN. The pathological structure changes of kidney were observed. Results： Compared with the group before treatment, high-dose group of Mai Tong Fang could improve the weight of type II diabetic rats decreased symptoms,reduce the amount of urine,reduce FBG. Insulin sensitivity were improved. There are obvious response to hyperinsulinemia. Mai Tong Fang can significantly lower triglyceride levels and low-density lipoprotein in a certain extent. Mai Tong Fang can significantly reduce the symptoms of kidney hypertrophy,24 h urine protein and CREA. Conclusion： Mai Tong Fang have positive effect on diabetic mice＇ s glucose and fat metabolism, and can improve the symptom and protect the kidney function.
