摘要
以上海防洪 (潮 )安全的风险分析为实例 ,针对各种致灾的风险因子 ,分析它们在不同条件下遭遇组合的可能性 ,及其引发的灾害后果。阐述了通过风险分析和管理途径 ,提升上海防洪 (潮 )
The risk analysis of flood control for Shanghai city is presented. The risk factors of various disasters are to be considered. The probability of events with different kinds of combination and corresponding damages are analyzed. The necessity and feasibility of elevating the risk resistance of flood control by means of risk analysis and management are demonstrated.
