摘要
分析换流站交流滤波器场断路器的一种典型故障。描述故障发生过程、断路器现场解体检查情况、断路器故障相和非故障相的返厂解体检查情况,并对灭弧室内的粉末和油迹进行分析比较。阐述故障发生的原理、故障开关灭弧室爆裂的起因和过程。为类似断路器的设备检修提供有效参考。
A type of circuit breaker （CB） fault of AC filter field is analyzed in the converter station. First, the failure process and local strip inspection are outlined. Then, the strip inspection of the CB fault phase and healthy phases returned to the factory are introduced, while the metal powder and oil in arc interrupters of different phases are analyzed and compared. Finally, the failure mechanism is analyzed when the reason and process of the CB arc interrupter explosion are given in detail. Hopefully this will prove to be of reference value for operation and maintenance of similar equipment.
