摘要
目的探讨乌鲁木齐煤矿工人的职业紧张与职业倦怠现状及两者的关联性。方法用职业紧张量表(Job stress inventory revisededition,OSI-R)和中式职业倦怠问卷(Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory,CMBI)组合成调查问卷,对乌鲁木齐市5家国有煤矿工人进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 17.0软件分析煤矿工人职业紧张和职业倦怠情况及两者之间的关系。结果 84.4%的煤矿工人有不同程度职业紧张,94.2%的煤矿工人有不同程度职业倦怠;关联性分析表明煤矿工人职业倦怠与职业紧张有较强的关联性(χ2=43.62,P<0.01);职业紧张与职业倦怠在一定程度上与民族、年龄、婚姻状况、工龄和学历等有关。结论乌鲁木齐煤矿工人具有较高的职业紧张和职业倦怠,职业紧张可能为职业倦怠的主要因素之一。
Objective To investigate the occupational stress and burnout of coal miners in Urumqi and their correlation. Methods Job stress inventory revisededition（OSI-R）and Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory of Chinese（ CMBI）were combined into aquestionnaire survey,five state-owned coal mine workers in Urumqi were given questionnaire survey,and current situation of coalmine workers of occupational stress and job burnout and their relationship were analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software. Results 84.4% ofthe coal miners had different levels of occupational stress,and 94.2% of the coal miners had different degrees of job burnout;Correla-tion analysis showed that the coal mine workers＇ occupational burnout and occupational stress has a strong correlation（x2=43.62,P〈0.01）;Occupational stress and job burnout are related to nationality,age,marriage status,the length of marriage,length of serviceand education degree etc. Conclusion Workers in Urumqi coal mine field have higher occupational stress and job burnout,and occu-pational stress may be one of the main factors of burnout.
