摘要
目的:研究Axiom ?2.8 mm窄种植体用于小缺牙间隙微创种植修复的临床效果。方法:10例患者的10个<5 mm缺牙间隙以微创术式植入10枚Axiom ?2.8 mm窄种植体,6个月后进行固定义齿修复。随访所有病例的临床效果和全景X线曲面断层影像学检查。结果:10枚窄种植体植入6个月时,经影像学检查显示种植体牙槽骨嵴平均吸收量0.20 mm,无种植体周围炎及种植体周围黏膜炎,修复义齿与邻牙间龈乳头充盈,所有患者感觉咀嚼有力,对其修复效果满意。无种植体松动、脱落病例。结论:小于5mm缺牙间隙采用Axiom ?2.8 mm窄种植体微创种植修复后可以取得良好的近期临床效果与美学效果。
Objective：To study the Axiom ？2.8 mm narrow body implant for the clinical effect of minimally invasive implants in edentulous space. Method：10 patients of which 10 less than 5mm in edentulous space,minimally invasive surgical treatment of implanted 10 pieces of Axiom ？2.8 mm narrow body implants,reparation will start after six months to fix partial denture. All cases were followed up for clinical and panoramic X radiographic examination of the clinical and panoramic images. Result：10 pieces of narrow implants,6 months,by imaging examination implant alveolar bone crest average absorption amount is 0.20 mm and no implant peripheral inflammation mucositis,denture with adjacent teeth gingival papilla between the filling,all patients feel strong mastication and the reparation effect is more than up to expectation. No implant loosening and shedding. Conclusion：Less than 5mm edentulous space by Axiom width ？2.8 mm implant minimally invasive reparation can be made good for short-term clinical effect and aesthetic purposes.
