上颌美学区早期种植修复临床初探 被引量：10

摘要 目的对上颌美学区早期种植修复的治疗效果进行初步观察和分析。方法对15例上颌前牙缺失的患者于缺牙后4～8周植入种植体18颗，并同期进行引导骨组织再生术，在种植体植入后4～6个月行二期手术，采用种植体支持的暂时冠进行牙龈塑形1～2个月后行永久冠修复。随访2年，采用种植体成功率、红色美学评分（pink esthetic score，PES）和种植体平台到骨与种植体第一点接触的距离（distance fiom the implant shoulder to the firstbone-to-implant contact，DIB）对种植体周软硬组织进行评价。结果18颗种植体成功率为100％。暂时冠塑形后PES为7．33±1．61，永久修复后1年PES为7．78±1．22，DIB为0．21±0．14，永久修复后2年PES为8．11±1．21，DIB为0．28±0．23。结论 上颌美学区早期种植修复能获得良好的短期治疗效果。
