摘要
针对变载荷下汽车轮胎动力学特性的复杂性,运用魔术公式轮胎模型对纵向力、侧向力以及回正力矩与纵向滑移率、侧偏角、垂直载荷的关系等轮胎特性进行了分析.用Matlab软件对魔术公式进行动力学仿真,研究了不同垂直载荷下的纵向力、侧向力、回正力矩和相同垂直载荷不同外倾角下的侧向力、回正力矩;分析了联合工况下的制动力和侧向力纵向滑移率的关系.试验结果表明:魔术公式轮胎动力学模型能够很好地模拟轮胎的动力学特性;一定载荷的增加,影响了纵向滑移率与纵向力、侧偏角与侧向力、侧偏角与回正力矩关系的因子数,提高了车辆的稳定性和操纵性.
In view of the complexity of dynamics characteristics of automobile tires, the magic formula tire model was used to analyze the characteristics of relationships between longitudinal force, lateral force,aligning moment and longitudinal slip ratio, vertical load, side slip angle. Matlab was used to simulate the magic formula, the longitudinal force, lateral force, aligning moment versus different loads and the lateral force, aligning moment versus different camber angles in the same load were studied, the relationships lateral force and longitudinal force with slip angle were analyzed. The experiment results show that the model can well simulate the dynamic characteristics of the tire. The increase of the load have effects on the relationships between longitudinal slip ratio and longitudinal force, side slip angle and lateral force, side slip angle and aligning moment, which can improve the stability and control of the automobile.
