基于硝化改性基体的酸性含磷浸渍树脂吸附铟(Ⅲ)的性能 被引量:1

Adsorption Properties of Indium( Ⅲ) with Modified Solvent Impregnated Resins Containing Phosphoric Acid Derivatives Base on Nitrated Support

摘要 采用体积比为1∶2.5的浓硝酸和浓硫酸混合液,对HZ818树脂(苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯聚合物)进行硝化改性,制备浸渍树脂的基体,并以2-乙基己基磷酸单(2-乙基己基)酯(P507)、二(2-乙基己基)磷酸(P204)分别作为萃取剂,制备两种浸渍树脂.采用静态法考察了溶液pH,In(Ⅲ)离子浓度,温度和吸附时间对这两种浸渍树脂吸附In(Ⅲ)性能的影响.结果表明,两种浸渍树脂吸附In(Ⅲ)的最佳pH分别为1.0,0.5,拟二级动力学模型能较好地表述其吸附动力学数据,液膜扩散为其主要的控速步骤;Langmuir模型可以更好地拟合其等温吸附数据,298 K时最大吸附量分别为32.6 mg/g,34.0 mg/g;树脂循环使用达5次以上. Styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer (HZ818) were used as raw materials to produce the polymeric support of SIRs ( solvent impregnated resins) by mixture acid containing, the sulfuric acid and nitric acid at the volume ratio of 2.5 : 1. Then SIRs were prepared simply by impregnating the nitrated copolymer as supports and with 2-ethylhexyl phosphoric acid mono (2-ethylhexyl) ester ( P507 ) and di (2-ethylhexyl) phosphoric acid (P204) as extractants, respectively. The effects of pH value of solution, indium concentrations, temperature, and contact time on adsorption of indium (Ⅲ) in sulfuric acid solution with SIRs were investigated with static adsorption method. The results showed that the optimum pH value for adsorption of indium were 1.0 and 0. 5, respectively. Adsorption processes can be well described by pseudo-second order rate equation, and were governed by the film diffusion. The isotherms adsorption of indium (Ⅲ) both on SIRs are fit to Langmuir isotherm models. The maximum adsorption capacities are 32. 6 mg,/g for P507 SIR and 34. 0 mg/g for P204 SIR, respectively. The SIRs can be used repeatedly 5 times.
