摘要
目前,学术界针对"改革主体"的相关探讨主要围绕以下内容展开:人民是改革主体的内涵界定,主体的定位、定位的依据,主体作用发挥存在的问题,实现途径等,已取得丰硕的研究成果。然而,当前学界在该问题的研究上还存在着内容不全面、结构不平衡、缺乏创新性成果等问题。今后,要继续以党政方针政策为基础,贯彻学习习近平系列讲话精神,进一步强化对"人民是改革的主体"的纵向研究、横向研究、专题研究和系统研究,为全面深化改革、全面建成小康社会提供源源不断的动力支撑。
The relevant discussion of the subject of reform has arisen,at present,mainly around the following contents： the people is the main content of the reform,the positioning of the subject,the main role of the existing problems,the realization of the way,has achieved fruitful results. However,the current academic research on this issue still has the problems such as the content is not complete,the structure is not balanced,the lack of innovative results and so on. In the future,to continue to Party and government policy as the basis,to implement the spirit of learning Xi Jinping series,to further strengthen the reform of the people is the main research,horizontal research and systematic research,thus providing a steady stream of power support for deepening reform,comprehensive building a moderately prosperous society.
