摘要
目的:研究老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者实施综合康复护理措施的临床效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2013年4月-2015年4月诊治的120例老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患者实施常规护理措施,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施综合康复护理措施,比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果:通过对两组患者实施护理措施后情况进行比较,观察组患者的焦虑程度及疼痛感评分分别为(42.63±7.00)、(2.03±0.52)分,均明显低于对照组的(51.52±10.67)、(3.98±0.48)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的生活质量评分(75.52±7.85)分明显高于对照组的(61.03±7.00)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折的患者实施综合护理干预措施的临床效果显著,能够有效地减少患者的焦虑情绪,降低疼痛感,提高其生活质量,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective：To study the clinical effects of implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation care in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.Method：From April 2013 to April 2015,120 senile patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures admitted to our hospital were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine care measures,the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation care on the basis of routine care measures.The clinical nursing effects between two groups were compared.Result：After the implementation of nursing interventions between the two groups,the scores of anxiety levels and pain in the observation group were（42.63±7.00）points and（2.03±0.52）points respectively,which were significantly lower than（51.52±10.67）points and（3.98±0.48）points in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The quality of life score in the observation group was（75.52±7.85）points,which was significantly higher than（61.03±7.00）points in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical effect of implementation of comprehensive rehabilitation care in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures is significant,can effectively reduce the patients＇ anxiety and the pain,improve the quality of life,is worthy of clinical application.
