摘要
中医学模糊、抽象、不具体的特点阻碍了学科的进一步发展。从重视主诉、名词术语的规范化、临床资料诊断贡献度、创新方证-药症关联模式、弥补经典理论的盲区、发现理论发展偏倚、处理好继承与创新、构建主诉辨证诊疗路径等方面促进中医诊疗的规范化发展,不但可促进以上问题的解决,对于提高中医临床诊疗水平、提升中医服务能力亦具有积极作用。
Chinese medicine is obscure, abstract and non-concrete, which hinders the further development of the subject. The authors propose promoting the development of standardization of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment from the following aspects： emphasizing chief complaint, standardization of terms, diagnostic contribution of clinical data, innovating prescription-syndrome and herb-symptom correlation mode, making up for the blind zone of classical theories, finding the bias of theoretical development, handling the relation between inheritance and innovation well, as well as constructing the diagnosis and treatment route of chief complaint syndrome differentiation. These methods can not only solve the above problems, but also have positive effect on improving the Chinese medicine diag- nosis and treatment level, as well as promoting the Chinese medical service ability.
