摘要
蕈类β葡聚糖通常具有抗肿瘤功效,可从食用菌生产副产物(菇柄或残次菇)中大量提取,具有广阔的应用前景。本文简要概括了蕈类β葡聚糖的提取、纯化、化学结构、抗肿瘤活性等方面最新研究进展,指出了该研究领域的重点、难点,并提出后期研究方向:(1)开发专用多糖水解酶,在保留其生物活性的前提下,提高蕈类β葡聚糖的溶解度和提取率;(2)强化对蕈类β葡聚糖分子内部活性中心的研究;(3)广泛收集与蕈类β葡聚糖抗肿瘤活性相关的人体试验数据;(4)采用更高解析度的原子力显微镜直接观测蕈类β葡聚糖的构象等。
β glucan in edible fungi is generally considered an anti-tumor substance.It can be extracted from discarded mushroom stipes or defected mushrooms for by-product utilization.However,at present,a lack of relevant information hinders its industrial development.This article summarizes the latest progress on the extraction, purification, chemical structure,and anti-tumour activity of β glucan,as well as the key issues,difficulties and deficiencies relating to the subject.Comments and suggestions for future research are presented that included:(1)development of specific hydrolase that could increase the solubility and extraction rate of the polysaccharide without sacrificing its anti-tumour activity,(2)study on the molecular activity center of the polysaccharide,(3)collection of clinic data on the anti-tumour effect of β glucan,and(4)application of atomic force microscopy with high solution to directly observe the chemical structure of β glucan.
