摘要
对豆科旱生植物种幼苗抗热性做了比较研究。结果表明:高温处理过程中,不同种的植物幼苗膜透性的增加与其抗热性呈负相关;据膜透性增加时间的先后,可以确定植物种受害温度范围:红豆草>37~0≤40℃,花棒、柠条、羊柴三者受害温度相近即>40~0≤45℃。综合膜透性变化及植株表观生长状况得出,四种植物幼苗抗热能力次序为花棒>柠条≥羊柴>红豆草。
Heat resistivities of seedlings of four leguminous xerophytes have been studied comparatively. The research results show that the membrane permeabilities of seedlings of different species are negatively correlated with their heat resistivites during the heat processing course. The harmful temperature ranges for earch species have been determined in accordance with their membrane permeabilities: Ono-bryshis viciaefolie>37℃≤40℃ ;Hedysarum scoparium,Caragana corshinskii and Heaysarum laeve>40℃≤45℃ , According to their comprehensive responses such as membrane permeabilities and growth conditions , the heat resistivies of seedlings of four leguminous species can be ranked in the order: Hydysarum scoparium>Caragana korshinski> Hydysarum laeve>Onobryshis viciaefoiie.
