摘要
在室内人工模拟高温环境,测定了9个苜蓿品种幼苗的细胞膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量、受害率及恢复生长状况。结果表明膜透性变化、游离脯氨酸含量与苜蓿品种幼苗的抗热能力呈负相关;各品种幼苗的受害温度范围是>42℃<47℃;根据综合评定,9种苜蓿品种幼苗的抗热能力的次序为:草原2号苜蓿>公农1号苜蓿>新疆抗旱苜蓿>沙湾苜蓿=芋县苜蓿>紫花苜蓿>阳高苜蓿>公农2号苜蓿=准格尔苜蓿。
Under high temperature conditions simulated in laboratory, the cell mem-brane permeability,free proline content,damage rate and restoring growth state of seedlingsof 9 alfalfa cultivars were determined. The results showed that the membrane permeabilityand free proline content of alfalfa seedlings were negatively correlated with their heat resis-tances;the harmful temperature to alfalfa cuItivars ranged from 42℃ to 47℃;according toa comprehensive evaluation, the heat resisances of seedling of the 9 cultivars can be rankedin the order:Caoyan No. 2>Gongnong No. 1>Xinjangkanghan>Shawan=Yuxie>Alfalfa>Yanggao>Gongnong No.2 = Zunger.
