摘要
目的：回顾性分析高选择性去神经术治疗顽固性髋关节疼痛的临床效果。方法：对6例8侧髋关节进行高选择性髋周神经关节支离断术。结果：8侧髋关节经高选择性髋周神经切断术后疼痛缓解，6侧无痛，2侧轻度疼痛。随访6～18个月发现5侧无痛，3侧轻度疼痛，髋关节功能较术前改善明显。结论：高选择性去神经术治疗顽固性髋关节疼痛，可明显缓解患者局部疼痛症状，并改善髋关节功能。
Objective：To analyze highly selective denervation treatment of intractable hip pain clinical results. Methods：six eases of eight hips hip side peripheral nerves joint fragmented off surgery. Results ：8 side hip circumference by hip pain relief after nerve transection, 6 side pain, mild pain 2 side hip activity increased significantly. 6 to 18 months of follow - up found that 5 side painless, three side mild pain, hip function improved significantly compared with the preoperative. Conclusion：highly selective denervation treatment of intractable hip pain, patients can significantly relieve pain and improve local hip function.
