摘要
解剖了成年尸体40侧闭孔区,观测了闭孔神经盆外段的局部关系,并就闭孔神经反射的解剖和临床机理及闭孔神经阻滞麻醉的进针部位、定位标志、方向、角度及深度等进行了讨论.推荐一种简便易行的闭孔神经阻滞法.
The obturator region of 20 adultcadavers was dissected.The obturatornerve passes inferiorly to the superiorpublic ramus and divides into anter-ior and posterior divisions in theobturator canal in 85% of the cases,but is still a trunk in 15% of thespecimens.In the external obturatorcanal orifice the divisions are closedwith each other.The obturator nerve or its branches in the external obtu-rator canal orifice were described.Based on the anatomic data,the site,direction,angle and depth of insert-ion of needle to block the obturatornerve were suggested.
