摘要
本设计利用晶体管制作串联反馈型晶体管稳压电源,目的是输出稳定的直流电压并且具有过流保护功能。本电源输出电压在4.29-11.58V之间连续可调,最大输出电流达到1.13A,且具有限流保护作用,纹波电压小于36m V。此电源设计采用复合管扩大输出电流;电压在一定范围内连续可调,采用带放大电路的串联型稳压电路,用电位器改变取样系数;电路中利用晶体管设计了自动恢复过流保护功能,从而保护了调整管的安全使用;采用辅助电源提高了稳压电源的稳定性。
This design uses transistors to manufacture series feedback transistor voltage-stabilized source and the goal is that the output stable DC voltage has the overflow protection function. This power source output voltage between 4.29-11.58 V continuously adjustable, the maximum output electric current achieves 1.13 A, also has limits flows the protective function, the ripple voltage is smaller than 36 m V. This power source uses multiple-unit tube to expand the output current; voltage can continuously adjust in certain scope, uses series voltage-stabilizer circuit with amplifier circuit, changes the sample coefficient with the potentiometer; Self-recovery overflow protection function is designed by using transistors, to protect the regulation tube safety handling. Accessory power supply is used to enhance the voltage-stabilized source stability.
