摘要 设计了一种应用于低压差线性稳压器的过流保护电路。该电路结构简单,易于调整,功耗低,可采用0.5μmCMOS工艺实现。仿真结果表明,它可以把稳压器的最大输出电流限定在300mA,输出短路电流限定在40mA,能够实现过流保护的目的。 An overcurrent protection circuit applied in low dropout linear voltage regulator is designed. The circuit is characterized by simple structure, low consumption and being easily adjusted. The circuit prototype can be fabricated using the 0.5μm CMOS process. The simulation results show that it can limit the maximum output current and the output short current of the voltage regulator within 300mA and 40mA, respectively, and achieves the purpose of overcurrent protection.
