摘要
目的探讨复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病疗效。方法冠心病心绞痛患者100例,随机分为两组,每组50例。对照组应用硝酸异山梨酯治疗,观察组应用复方丹参滴丸治疗,1个月后比较两组治疗效果。所获数据采用2检验。结果观察组有效率94.00%,对照组70.00%。两组比较,2=9.7560,P<0.005,有非常显著性差异。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗冠心病心绞痛效果明显优于硝酸异山梨酯,不良反应少,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the compound danshen dropping pill treatment of coronary heart disease（CHD）. Methods Choose 100 cases of patients with coronary heart disease angina, and randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases in each group. The control group used different yamanashi nitrate ester treatment, observation group used compound danshen dropping pill treatment, comparing two groups of treatment effect after 1 month. The data obtained by X2 test. Results The observation group effectiveness 94.00%, control group 70.00%. Two groups of comparisons 2=9.7560, P 0.005）, has a very significant difference. Conclusion Compound danshen dropping pill treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris is obviously better than the effect of different yamanashi nitrate ester, less adverse reactions, is worthy of popularization and application.
