摘要 为适应国家对食品质量安全人才的需求,许多高等学校陆续增设食品质量与安全专业。食品法规与标准是食品质量与安全专业的基础课程之一,同时也是食品安全体系建设的核心内容,由于食品法规与标准课程主要以标准和法规的介绍讲解为主,难免枯燥乏味、教学方法单调,难以激发大学生的学习兴趣,为了取得食品法规与标准课程良好的教学效果,针对教学存在的主要问题,从优化教学内容、改进教学方法、构建教学评价体系和加强教学队伍建设等方面进行了创新思考,以期为培养更多具有扎实食品法规与标准知识的专业人才服务,为食品行业的可持续发展服务。 Food security is increasingly becoming the focus of people's attention. In order to meet the country's demand for special personnel of food quality and security, colleges and universities have established specialties of food quality and security. Up to now food regulations and standards has become both one of the core basic courses of food quality and security and the core content of the food security system construction. The use of food standards and regulations introduction and explanation as main teaching method makes the vapidity of the course inevitable. In order to arouse students′ interest in learning and improve teaching effects, directed at the existing problems in the teaching of the course the current teaching content should be optimized, the teaching method be improved, the teaching assessment system be constructed and the teaching staff be strengthened in the hope of cultivating more special personnel who have solid knowledge of food regulations and standards and serving the sustainable development of food industry.
