摘要
农科教合作建设教学实习基地是高等农业院校提高教学质量、保证实践教学环节、办出高等农业教育特色的重要措施之一,是产学研结合的最佳形式,是学校利用社会资源办学、扩大社会知名度,争取优秀生源、拓展毕业生就业渠道的重要途径。结合沈阳农业大学校外教学实习基地建设的成功做法和经验,提出了今后进一步发展的策略和思路:建立校企合作互利原则,加强校外教学实习基地建设;共建校外教学基地管理体系,形成实践教学长效运作机制;校外教学实习基地建设,必须以校内教学基地建设为前提;适应高等教育形势发展,创新校外教学实习基地建设模式;严格教学实习考核制度,确保教学实习高水平高质量;强化学科建设联合机制,建立综合型校外教学实习基地。
Use of cooperation between agricuhural industries, research institutes and agricultural colleges and universities to build practice teaching bases is not only one of the most important measures taken by agricultural colleges and universities to improve their teaching quality, guarantee their practice teaching process and possess characteristics of agricultural colleges and universities, but also a crucial way to run a school by combining industry, education and research and making use of social resources, enlarge their social popularity, attract excellent students and broaden their employment channels for graduates. The successful experience from the practice for Shenyang Agricultural University to build its practice teaching bases is expounded and methods and ideas on how to promote the practice teaching base building in future are put forward.
