摘要
我国目前缺乏全面系统的饲用苜蓿草粉质量评价体系。本文主要应用主成分分析法构建紫花苜蓿草粉营养成分分析模型,以粗蛋白(x)、粗纤维(y)、粗灰分(z)、粗脂肪、钙、磷、干物质为指标构建的综合模型对参评的4个等级的紫花苜蓿草粉进行评价,判断构建模型的可用性。获得模型如下:F=k_1ax+k_2by+k_3cz+……+f(x,y,z……),模型能将量化与感观判断良好结合,具有一定的应用价值。
Our country was lack of comprehensive and systematic quality evaluation system about alfalfa meal at present. The experiment used the main-ingredient analytics to build the analytic model which was based on the CP, CF, Ash, EE, Ca, P, DM as index.This synthetical model can evaluate the four grades of alfalfa meal accurately. The model was built as follows:,in this formula, x stands for crude protein, y stands for rude fiber and z stands for crude ash. The model combined quantization with sense judgment. It was also valued to be utilized.
