摘要
苜蓿草粉含有丰富的蛋白质、矿物质和胡萝卜素,因此,作为优质的蛋白质、维生素补充饲料广泛用于各种畜禽。综述了苜蓿草粉的种类、质量标准以及不同因素对苜蓿草粉营养价值的影响。
Alfalfa meal is rich in protein, minerals and carotene, therefore, as a high- quality protein and vitamin supplemental feed, it is widely used for the rearing of various livestock and poultry. This paper summarizes the types and quality standard of alfalfa meal as well as different factors which affect the nutritive value of alfalfa meal.
