驴细管冻精不同解冻方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目前我国在细管冻精方面应用主要是在牛羊方面,在驴方面,细管冻精使用的较少。采取细管冻精结合人工授精的方法可以提高优秀种公畜的利用率,加快品种改良速度,提升生产性能。【目的】研究出更适合驴细管冻精的解冻方法,使解冻后的精子质量与活力更优良,以提高母驴受孕率。【方法】通过用5℃、38℃水浴锅解冻以及手搓的方法对驴细管冻精进行解冻,跟踪观察记录精子活力与存活时间,对数据进行分析找到更适合于解冻驴细管冻精的解冻方法。【结果】38℃水浴锅解冻30s时精子活力最高,活力为25.46±0.25,且P<0.05,对精子活力的影响差异显著。 At present, the tubule frozen is mainly application in terms of cattle and sheep in our country. However, the tubule frozen is used lessly in donkey industry. Tubule frozen and artificial insemination methods can improve the utilization of excellent sire, accelerate the speed of improved varieties, improve the production performance. [Purpose] To study more suitable method for defrosting the donkey tubule, make the thawed semen quality and energy to be better, improve female donkeys conception rate and good sire utilization. [Method] Through 5 ℃ - 38 ℃; water bath pot and hand-mading thawing from more healthy male tubule of frozen thaw, sperm motility and survival time was tracked. Then, the data was analyzed to find more suitable method to thaw the donkey tubule frozen . [Results] 38 ℃ water bath pot and thawing 30 s has access to the highest sperm vitality. The vigor was 25.46 ± 0.25 ( P 〈 0.05), with significant influence on sperm motility. Experiments prove that the donkey tubule essencing in 38℃ water bath pot was defrosted under 30 s with sperm vitality and higher quality.
