摘要
回肠代输尿管术是目前尿路重建中可选择的治疗方法之一,该方法可不受输尿管长度限制,对于难治性长段输尿管病变的治疗效果满意。该术式目前在国内开展较少,我们总结国内外文献,从2010年开始开展回肠代输尿管术用以治疗长段输尿管病变患者,本文重点阐述该技术的注意事项及技术要点。
Ileal ureteric replacement is a selective technique of ureter reconstruction without being limited by the ureteral length.It is an effective method in patients with complex long segment ureteric lesions.However,the technique is not popular in China.We performed ileal ureteric replacement（IUPU technique）from2010 and this article will illustrate the precautions and key points of the techniques.
