摘要
目的 :探索回肠代输尿管术中新的支架引流方式。方法 :1979～ 1999年对 16例肾盂、输尿管长段狭窄患者行回肠代输尿管术 ,并在术中采用 U形多孔支架双向引流管 (U形管 )引流。结果 :随访 0 .5～ 9年 ,术后均无吻合口瘘和狭窄 ,肾功能稳定。结论 :U形管具有支架和引流双重功能 ,引流效果确切 ,能有效减少回肠代输尿管术后吻合口瘘和狭窄等并发症。
Purpose:To recommend a new stand draining method in ileal ureter.Methods:From 1979 to 1999,23 patients with long segment stricture or obliteration of ureter and pelvis were treated with ileal ureter. U-shaped stents with Poly hole and two end drainage were used in 16 cases of ileal ureter. The other 7 cases were drained by single end drain tube leading from ileum, bladder or kidney.Results: All 23 patients have been followed up for 0.5~9 years. There was no evidence of fistula and stricture at the anastomosis after operation using U-shaped stent in 16 cases of ileal ureter. Stricture and fistula at the anastomosis between the kidney and intestine occurred in 2/7 cases drained by single end tube. The renal function was satisfactory in all patients.Conclusion: U-shaped stents play a role of standing and draining. The draining result is remarkable. The application of U-shaped stents was believed to be effective for decreasing the complications such as stricture and fistula at the site of anastomosis in ileal ureter.
