摘要
澳大利亚职业教育先前学习认定制度是建立在以"能力为本"的教学和评估理念基础上,评估个人通过各种教育途径、工作经验或社会经历所获得的职业能力,是一种以成果为导向的评估体系。在澳大利亚职业教育体系中发挥着入学评价和学分减免的功能。其真实可靠、灵活公正的评估模式及运行机制为我国高职院校学分制背景下学业评价及课程改革提供了有效借鉴和启示。
Recognition of Prior Learning of Australian vocational education is based on＂competence-based＂teaching approaches and assessing philosophy,evaluating candidate＇s vocational competences cultivated through educational system,working and social experiences,which is outcomes-oriented evaluation system,owns the functions of candidates assessment and credit identification.This authentic,flexible,just evaluation model and operations mechanism from Australia provides reference and enlightenment for students performance evaluation and curriculum reforming of current Chinese vocational higher vocational colleges＇ credit system.
