先前学习认定嵌入现代学徒制的模式研究

A Study about the Patterns of Prior Learning Assessment Enbeded in the Modern Apprenticeship System

摘要 先前学习认定是对学习者的技能和知识进行鉴定,以作为进入学校学习、免修课程、获得职业资格证书的凭证。其关注学习者先前学习成果、淡化学习场所和时间的评价理念与现代学徒制强调"招生与招工相结合""课程与岗位相结合""毕业与就业相结合"的双主体育人模式存在高度耦合关系。其成熟的个人档案评估、资格证书认定、课程挑战考试、任务测评和面试等具体方法可应用于现代学徒制中的入学评价、课程学分认定、资格证书认定等关键环节。其具体实施步骤遵循成立先前学习认定委员会、设计开发能力指标、分设工作组、资料填写收集、评估认定等五个特定程序。未来先前学习认定在现代学徒制中的规模应用和无缝嵌入仍面临政策层面、理论层面和实践层面上的挑战。 Abstract: Prior Learning Assessment refers to the identifcation of learners’ skills and knowledge as the credential for entrance to school, course exemption and obtaining vocational qualifcation certifcates. With the evaluation idea of paying attention to learners’ previous learning achievements and diluting learning place and time , it has a high coupling relationship to Modern Apprenticeship System which refers to the two-subject education mode of emphasizing the combination of admissions and recruitment, curriculum and post, and graduation and employment. Its’ mature assessment methods, such as individual fle evaluation, qualification certificate recognition, course challenge examination, task evaluation and interview can be applied in the admission assessment, course credit recognition and vocational qualifcation recognition of Modern Apprenticeship System, and the specific implementation steps follow five procedures, including establishing prior learning assessment committee, designing capability index, setting up working groups, collecting data, and estimating and accrediting. In the future, it will be still full of challenges mainly from policy, theoretical and practical that Previous Learning Lssessment enbed into the Modern Apprenticeship System massively and seamlessly.
